Consultant Team
Working closely with City staff, MIG, Inc. is leading the planning side of the General Plan Update. MIG is supported by experts in the fields of land use and urban design, transportation, economics and fiscal impacts, sustainability, infrastructure, and health.
Bay Area Economics (BAE) is leading the Housing Element Update for the City, which will be fully integrated with the General Plan Update. LSA Associates is leading the environmental (EIR) component of the project and will be collaborating closely with the City and MIG throughout the process.
